This page explains what data errealcubo.com collects, why and for how long, and how you decide what to allow.

What data we collect
Browsing data. Like any website, the server automatically records some technical information: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type. It is used to run and secure the site, not to identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure. It is kept by the hosting provider for the period of its technical logs.
Data you send us. If you write to us, call us or ask for a quote, including through the form on the Contact page (which reaches us by email, with any attachments), we use your name, contact details and the information about the job to reply and prepare the offer. Legal basis: replying to your request before a possible assignment. We keep it for the duration of the negotiation; if it becomes an assignment, for the time required by law, in particular tax obligations (10 years).
Visit statistics, only if you allow them. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to know how many people visit the site, which pages they view and where they come from (another site, a search engine, a link). Google Analytics 4 does not store the full IP address. Without consent it is not loaded and no data is sent to Google. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
External content, only if you allow it. Some pages contain YouTube videos and the Google booking calendar. They load only with your consent, or when you click "Load content": from then on Google may collect data according to its own policy.
Ad measurement, only if you allow it. When we run ads on Google, with your consent we use Google Ads to know whether people who arrive from an ad then send us a request. It is only used to measure our own ads: we do not build profiles or show personalised advertising. Without consent Google sets no cookies and receives only anonymous signals. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
The site uses no profiling cookies.

Who receives the data
- Aruba S.p.A., which hosts the website and the studio's email, in Italy.
- Google Ireland Limited, for statistics, ad measurement and external content, only with your consent. Google may also process data in the United States; the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Google's policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
Data is never sold or passed on to others.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, object to its processing or receive it in a readable format, and you can withdraw consent at any time, without affecting what was done before. Just write to info@errealcubo.com. If you believe your data is not handled correctly you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
