Surveys for restoration and cultural heritage
Working on a historic building or work of art requires in-depth knowledge of its forms, materials and condition. With our 3D surveying technologies, we can collect every detail, without contact and without damaging the work, creating accurate digital models to be used for restoration, study or enhancement projects.
We provide designers and institutions with tools to work on churches, museums, palaces, statues and any cultural asset, from architectural scale to sculptural detail.

Environment and landscape surveys
Understanding and measuring the territory is the first step towards protecting, enhancing or transforming it. We use drones, laser scanners and topographic instruments to survey natural areas, landslides and slopes, waterways, quarries and landfills, agricultural systems and historical settlements in their environmental context.
Our surveys provide three-dimensional models and spatial data useful for the design, planning and study of the landscape, even over large areas or in areas that are difficult to access.

Architectural interventions
Transforming an existing building – whether it is a museum, shop, school or residential complex – requires a highly accurate, up-to-date and legible survey. With our 3D surveys, we integrate laser scanners, photogrammetry and topographic instruments to provide a complete picture of the current situation, facilitating the design and construction phases.
We provide architectural and engineering firms and public bodies with accurate data for planning renovation, consolidation, extension or redevelopment projects for residential buildings and historic buildings.
- Complete 3D surveys of existing buildings: museums, shops, schools, residences, exhibition spaces
- Vector drawings of interiors, façades, roofs and relevant outdoor spaces
- As-built for projects and renovations, structural checks or energy upgrades
- Digital models and project tables in CAD/BIM formats for integrated design
- Targeted surveys for checking dimensions and volumes, seismic and fire safety compliance, accessibility routes, architectural barriers and inclusive spaces
- Orthophotos of façades and roofs at different scales

Infrastructure and industrial spaces
Accurate knowledge of production spaces and existing infrastructure is essential for planning revamping, reorganisation or expansion projects. With our 3D surveys, we provide a clear, up-to-date and reliable technical basis for checking dimensions, systems and interference, and for coordinating complex projects in operational contexts.
Thanks to the integration of laser scanners, photogrammetry and topographic instruments, we can quickly document warehouses, production lines, technical centres, service areas and minor infrastructure, creating navigable digital models that can be easily integrated into the CAD or BIM workflows of the design studio.

Yacht design and ship refitting
Working on a boat – whether it’s a complete refit, interior redesign or custom component production – requires accurate geometric data that can be used immediately by designers. With our 3D surveys, we digitise hulls, decks and interiors with high precision, reducing ship downtime and providing a reliable basis for every phase of the project.
By integrating laser scanners, photogrammetry and reverse modelling techniques, we create accurate digital models that are essential for verifying symmetry, identifying any deformations and coordinating redesign work with shipyards and designers.

Virtual Tour and multimedia
Making spaces accessible and describing them in an engaging way is increasingly important for museums, public bodies, architects and commercial entities. With our virtual tours and multimedia content, we create immersive experiences that allow you to explore environments, works and itineraries in a simple and intuitive way, even from a distance.
Combining 3D surveys, panoramic photographs and interactive tools, we create navigable tours, information sheets, points of interest and visual content designed to enhance historical sites, contemporary architecture, installations or operational spaces. An effective solution for communication, technical documentation and sharing with designers and stakeholders.

Special services
Some projects require tailor-made solutions that can be adapted to specific contexts, stringent constraints or requirements that do not fall within standard surveys. Our special services are designed precisely for this purpose: to provide advanced, targeted and customisable tools, combining survey, analysis and representation techniques according to the type of intervention.
Among these, thermography plays an important role, allowing the analysis of materials, surfaces and anomalies that are not visible to the naked eye. Integrated with 3D surveys, it provides a complete reading of the state of conservation, thermal behaviour and possible problems related to degradation, humidity or infiltration.
- Thermographic analyses to identify moisture, detachments, thermal bridges and material anomalies
- Night-time surveys or surveys in special conditions for technical or safety reasons
- 3D scanning of small-scale sculptures, models, maquettes and delicate objects
- Alignment and comparison of 3D models to identify variations, deformations or changes over time
- Customised 3D surveys for research projects, experiments or university collaborations
- Integrated acquisitions in confined, complex or difficult-to-access spaces
- Production of “project-specific” models and technical drawings, adapted to the particular needs of the client
